Job Description

Corporate Law Clerk with 1 to 12 years law firm experience for established firm in Toronto with experience in:  knowledge of and experience in: OBCA, CBCA, CIA, LP Act; Transactional and corporate governance work; maintaining and updating Corporate Minute Books; incorporations, annual resolutions, amendments, etc.; conducting searches; drafting closing documents; all other matters as required. Law Clerk or Paralegal Diploma or Certificate

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 to 10 years Corporate Law Clerk experience
  • Law Clerk Certificate or Diploma
