Job Description
Infrastructure Lawyer for established firm in Toronto with experience in:
Infrastructure P3 transactions; Corporate commercial; Project Finance; Mergers & Acquisition; Corporate commercial transactions; Commercial agreements; all other matters as required.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
- 4 to 10 years Infrastructure Lawyer experience
- Member good standing, Law Society of Canadian jurisdiction
