Corporate Commercial; Technology Agreement Drafting; Corporate Commercial & Technology Transactions; IP Agreements; all other matters as required.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years Technology Lawyer experience
- Member good standing, Law Society of Canadian jurisdiction
