Corporate Commercial Lawyer for top firm in Vancouver with experience in:
General Corporate & Commercial matters; Domestic & Cross-border transactions; Mergers & Acquisitions; Financings; Securities and all other matters as required.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
- 1 to 8 years post-Call Corporate Commercial Associate experience
- Member good standing, Law Society of Canadian jurisdiction
