Estates & Trusts Lawyer for established firm in Toronto with experience in:
Drafting wills; Drafting trusts; Business succession plans; Estate planning; Estate administration; Tax planning; Transfer of wealth; Life insurance arrangements; Estate administration; Probate of wills; Estate litigation; all other matters as required.
Requirements / Preferred Qualifications
- 2 to 6 years Estates Lawyer experience
- Member good standing, Law Society of Canadian jurisdiction
